Sum 41 is a Canadian rock band from Ajax, Ontario. The group, formed in 1996, first gained popularity following the release of their debut EP, Half Hour of Power, in 2000. Sum 41 skyrocketed to fame with the release of their second album All Killer No Filler, which was certified platinum and contained the hit single “Fat Lip.” The song topped the Us Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart, as well as several charts worldwide. It remains the band’s most successful and well-known song to date.
In the years since, Sum 41 has released several studio albums and continue to go on global tours, most of which last more than a year long. Their latest album, 13 Voices, was released in 2016.
