Adam Sandler is an actor, comedian, producer, and screenwriter who got his start as a cast member on SNL. In the late 1990s, he made the leap from television to the big screen and has since starred in several Hollywood films that, combined, have grossed over $2 billion at the box office. Sandler is best known for his roles in Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, The Waterboy, The Wedding Singer, Big Daddy, and Mr. Deeds. In 1999, he formed Happy Madison Productions, which has produced most of his subsequent films to date.
