The Kitchener Rangers are a Canadian junior ice hockey team from Kitchener, Ontario, currently playing in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). Founded in 1963, the Rangers have a long and storied history, with some of the greatest players in hockey having played for the team. They have won two Memorial Cup championships and are one of the most successful teams in the OHL.

The team has a fierce rivalry with the Guelph Storm, known as the Highway 7 rivalry, due to the close proximity of the two cities. They also have a rivalry with the London Knights and it's one of the most intense in junior hockey, with games between the two teams often resulting in high-stakes, physical battles.

The Rangers play their home games at Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex, a 7,000-seat arena located in downtown Kitchener. The arena has been home to the team since its inception, and has undergone several renovations to improve the fan experience.

In terms of accomplishments, the Kitchener Rangers have won four J. Ross Robertson Cups (1981, 1982, 2003 and 2008), appeared in the Memorial Cup six times, and five Emms Trophy titles as the OHL's Midwest Division champions.

For hockey fans in the Kitchener area, attending a Kitchener Rangers game at The Aud is a must. With a passionate fanbase, intense rivalries, and a winning history, the Kitchener Rangers are one of the premier teams in the OHL, and a great source of entertainment for hockey fans of all ages.
