The LECOM Suncoast Classic is a professional golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It was first played in 2019 and is held annually at Lakewood National Golf Club in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The tournament is named after Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) which has a campus in nearby Lakewood Ranch.
The LECOM Suncoast Classic is a 72-hole stroke play event with a purse of $1 million. The winner of the tournament earns $156,000 and 500 Korn Ferry Tour points. The top 25 players on the Korn Ferry Tour money list at the end of the season earn full playing rights on the PGA Tour for the following season.
The inaugural LECOM Suncoast Classic was won by American golfer Mark Hubbard. The Korn Ferry Tour is known as the amateur tour that cultivates young talent into advancing to the PGA Tour.
