Los Bukis were formed in 1972 in Ario de Rosales, Michoacán, Mexico. The band consists of Marco Antonio Solís (vocals, guitar), Joel Solís (guitar), Roberto Guadarrama (keyboards), Eusebio "El Chivo" Cortez (bass), José "Pepe" Guadarrama (percussion), Pedro Sánchez (drums), and José Javier Solís (percussion).
