Aparna Nancherla is a stand-up comedian and actress hailing from Washington D.C. Nancherla’s career in comedy began following her graduation from college when she moved first to L.A., then to New York to write for a show called “Totally Biased.” Following the show’s cancellation, she was hired as a staff writer for “Late Night with Seth Myers” in 2015. Her signature comedic style and deadpan humor earned her spots on shows including Crashing, Conan, and The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail. In 2016 she was named one of Variety Magazine’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch,” and went one release her first comedy album, Just Putting It Out There. Nancherla has contributed her skills as an actress to shows including BoJack Horseman, Aziz Ansari’s Master of None, and as the character Grace on Comedy Central’s Corporate.
