The Danville Otterbots are a Minor League Baseball in the Appalachian League.
Prior to 2021, Danville braves have won the Appalachian League championship both in 2006 and 2009 against the Elizabethton Twins. In 2021, Danville Braves were replaced by a new team known as the Danville Otterbots, finishing 3rd with a record of 29-24.
The Otterbots play their home games at American Legion Field in Danville, VA. The stadium was constructed in 1993 with a capacity of 2,500 and is known for its intimate setting and great view of the game from every angle.
