Family Arena Rideshare Drop-off and Pickup Location
At Family Arena, there are specific pick-up locations for rideshare users. You’ll find the designated pick-up spots at the south parking entrance. Using rideshare to attend an event is a great option because it eliminates the stress of finding parking, which can often be scarce and expensive. Additionally, ridesharing promotes safety by providing reliable transportation if you plan on consuming alcohol during your visit.
Arrival Times for Family Arena?
Arrival times may vary depending on the event, but we recommend arriving at the venue about an hour before the scheduled start time. This gives you some breathing room in case of traffic congestion, parking difficulties, visits to the merchandise store, or if you want to grab some food and drinks before the event starts.
Inside Family Arena
When you come to an event at Family Arena, please make sure to bring your ticket and a valid ID, especially if you want to purchase alcohol. We recommend bringing a credit or debit card and also a little cash. Because this is an indoor venue, weather is often not a factor. However, as it is climate-controlled, it might be worth bringing a light jacket just in case it gets a little chilly inside.

Family Arena Bag Policy & Prohibited Items
Permitted bags:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12.”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
- Small clutch purses, approximately the size of a hand, or 5″ x 7″ with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the Arena along with one of the clear bag options.
- An exception will be made for diaper bags (if in attendance with a baby) and medically necessary items after proper inspection at the gate.
The following is not permitted inside the Family Arena:
- Umbrellas (fans are encouraged to bring raincoats or ponchos for inclement weather)
- Outside food & beverage
- Metal or glass containers
- Backpacks and large bags over 14x14x6 inches (subject to inspection)
- Large flags, banners, and drums Noisemakers (air horns, whistles, cowbells, etc.)
- Aerosol cans (hairspray, silly string, etc.)
- Bikes, inline skates, skateboards, scooters, shoes with wheels
- Bicycle and motorcycle helmets
- Frisbees or inflatable objects of any kind
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
- Flares, smoke bombs, sparklers, or fireworks of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Pets, except service animals
- Weapons of any kind
- Knives of any kind (including pocket knives)
- Any missile/projectile-like objects
- Illegal drugs and any other illegal substances
- Halloween-style masks (may be worn in the seat only, but must be removed when leaving your section)
- Strollers or baby seats may not be taken into the stands or left in section entrances
- Cameras with lenses 75mm or over or other audiovisual equipment (e.g., video cameras) without working media credentials
- Personal photography or video may not be used to reproduce a show, game, or event for commercial purposes.

Plenty of concessions are available at Family Arena. Non-alcoholic beverages are served as well as alcoholic beverages including but not limited to beer, wine and mixed drinks.
Family Arena Accepted Payment Methods
Family Arena primarily operates on a cashless basis. This implies that while some vendors may still accept cash, most onsite purchases are done with digital wallets or debit and credit cards.
