Toyota Center encourages attendees to travel light and refrain from bringing bags. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests. What bags are allowed?
- Bags measuring 5.5” x 8.5” or smaller will undergo a quick visual screening process.
- Larger bags, ranging from 5.5” x 8.5” to 14” x 14” x 6”, will be subjected to additional screening and Xray machines, potentially resulting in a longer wait.
- Medical bags and parenting bags exceeding the specified size limit (larger than 14” x 14” x 6”) are permitted.

What if I need to bring a bag that does not meet the criteria?
On-site lockers are available for rent. Binbox lockers between the La Branch Street entrance and Team Shop offer secure storage. The rental fee starts at $15.00 per checked bag and is non-refundable. Debit/credit cards and mobile payment methods, such as Apple or Google Pay, are accepted, while cash transactions are not.

Doors typically open one hour before events, unless otherwise specified.
