The band first rose to fame as YouTube celebrities, sharing videos of themselves covering songs from a variety of artists from 2011 to 2012. They achieved international fame following a tour with mega-famous boy band One Direction on their Take Me Home Tour in 2013. 5 Seconds of Summer have since released a total of three full-length albums, including their self-titled debut, Sounds Good Feels Good, and Youngblood, each of which have debuted at the top of the charts.
