Alt-rock band The Maine was formed in Tempe, AZ in 2007. Drawing on influences from '90s radio rock, the group released their debut EP The Way We Talk in 2007. A stint on the Vans Warped Tour one year later garnered even more fans for the band who would go on to issue their debut full-length Can't Stop Won't Stop in 2008. The album peaked at number 40 on the Billboard charts, capturing the attention of major record labels who were eager to sign the young musicians. Their second studio album, Black & White arrived in 2010, debuting at number 16 on the billboard 200 and selling over 22,600 copies within its first week. The Maine has since released five additional full-length studio albums, including their most recent album, You Are OK, in 2019.
